We do not sell your information. We share data only with trusted service providers (Stripe, hosting, email delivery), or when required by law.
We film youth athletes only with signed parent/guardian consent. Footage is delivered privately to the booking family; we do not publish identifiable footage of minors publicly without separate written consent.

These Terms govern your use of Rally Reel Media, LLC's services. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.
We provide sports videography services including game filming, highlight reels, and recruiting reels. Specific deliverables are defined in each package.
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment. We accept credit card, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, and check.
Cancellations 7+ days before the event receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days receive a 50% refund. Weather-related reschedules are honored at no cost.
Highlight reels are delivered within 5 business days. Recruiting reels: 7 business days. Delays will be communicated in advance.
You receive a personal-use license for delivered footage. Commercial use, broadcast, or resale requires separate written permission.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service. We are not responsible for missed footage due to factors beyond our control (weather cancellation, venue restrictions, etc.).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.
